Key Responsibilities Manage all commercial aspects of FM contracts and associated works Prepare cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Administer contracts (NEC/JCT), including variations, valuations, and final accounts Support procurement activities, including tendering and subcontractor negotiations Identify commercial risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and company procedures Attend site visits and meetings as required to validate works and costs Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders About You Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, ideally within Facilities Management, maintenance, or M&E environments Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple work streams and priorities effectively Strong communication and stakeholder management skills RICS accreditation or working towards chartership (desirable) What We Offer Competitive salary depending on experience Company car or car allowance Pension scheme and annual leave entitlement Hybrid working options Ongoing professional development and training support Opportunity to work on long-term, stable FM contracts If you are interested please contact John Baker or Kat Oxlade Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
