Principal Civil Engineer - Water Sector - Newcastle

BST: 8:00 - 18:00 (Mon/Thurs) 8:00 - 16:00 (Fri)

Access Talent Group are recruiting for an international design consultant looking for a strong Principal Civil Engineer within the Water sector in Newcastle.

We are looking for a Principal Civil Engineer with Infrastructure, Non infrastructure or both to join a dynamic team, supporting the delivery of a variety of projects as part of a major capital investment programme. Your day to day responsibilities will include technical delivery of the project team, drawing on the wider technical network to maximise innovation, and providing technical expertise to ensure that projects are delivered to cost, schedule, technical and quality standards to meet the clients' expectations. You will also take responsibility for the management and mentoring of junior engineers within the team.

Key Attributes
  • Minimum 10 years UK Consultancy Design Experience
  • Chartership CEng or CIWEM qualification preferred
  • Have experience with Infrastructure Water networks, Non Infrastructure Asset design or both
  • Degree qualified with a relevant Qualification within the Water engineering space
  • Mentor and mange junior engineers within the team
  • Software Experience - Civil 3D, Auto CAD, ICM Info Works, InfoWorks WS, Synergy
  • Hybrid working 3 days a week in the office

Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 Per Annum
