A well-established contractor in the Cambridgeshire region is looking to add an experienced Commercial Gas / Plumbing Engineer to their team. This is a stable, weekday-only role with a good mix of commercial plumbing and associated heating maintenance work.

You'll be responsible for carrying out commercial plumbing and heating tasks across Peterborough, Huntingdon and surrounding areas. While commercial gas qualifications are ideal, engineers with strong plumbing experience will also be considered. The role offers consistent working hours, no weekends, and a supportive working environment.

Package

• 45,000- 57,000 expected earnings

• 22-23 per hour

• 1.5x overtime rate

• 40-hour contracted week (typically around 45 hours with overtime)

• Company van provided

• 28-day holiday, including bank holidays

• Monday-Friday only

Requirements

• Commercial gas qualifications or a strong plumbing background

• Full UK driving licence

• Ability to work independently across multiple commercial sites

• Based within a reasonable travel distance of the Peterborough / Huntingdon area
