Mult-Skilled Joiner - Social Housing - Blackpool

Your new role
I am looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to support maintenance and repair work across social housing properties managed by a Housing Association in Blackpool. This is a short-term contract with the potential for extension, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver high-quality results.

What you'll need to succeed
Carry out joinery repairs and installations in occupied and void social housing properties.
Complete first and second fix joinery tasks, including doors, windows, skirting, and kitchen units.
Undertake minor multi-trade tasks (basic plumbing, tiling, or plastering) as required.
Ensure all work meets health and safety standards and is completed within agreed timescales.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and residents.
Proven experience in joinery, ideally within social housing or property maintenance.
Ability to work across multiple trades is an advantage.
Full UK driving licence and own tools preferred and Van
CSCS card desirable but not essential.
