We are recruiting on behalf of a leading name within the Water Treatment / Pre-Commissioning industry, who hold a strong presence across the UK. They are seeking a driven and reliable Water Treatment Pre-Commissioning Engineer, who has a strong track record within the industry, and an enthusiastic attitude. You will be conducting BSRIA-compliant duties whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and representing the company in a positive light. Due to the nature of the contracts, our clients can consider candidates from the Midlands or North of the M25. They are offering attractive salaries in addition to usual benefits (company vehicle, overtime, training, pension scheme and annual leave allowance).

Our client is seeking someone to cover sites across: Leicester, Hinckley, Coventry, Rugby, Daventry, Burton-upon-Trent, Swadlincote, Nottingham, Derby, Loughborough, Tamworth, Lichfield, Cannock, Burntwood, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Solihull, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Dudley, Kidderminster, Daventry, Northampton, Banbury, Milton Keynes, Buckingham.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Water Treatment Pre-Commissioning Engineer
• Fully conversant in BSRIA and ACOP L8 guidelines
• Will have worked across a range of sites, including: commercial, public sector, domestic and healthcare
• Able to travel in line with changing client requirements
• Strong literacy and IT skills
• Exemplary work ethic
• Good interpersonal skills

The Role:

• Undertaking flushing on fan coils, closed heated, chilled and AHU systems
• Back-flushing of AHUs
• Completing flushing on pipework
• Tank chlorinations
• PPM cleans and disinfections
• Calculating flow rates
• Working in accordance with BSRIA guidelines
• Producing detailed technical reports
• Working to agreed deadlines and standards
