Landscape Architect, Landscape Planner
A Senior Landscape Architect required for a well-established Chartered Landscape Architecture & Environmental Planners based around the Market Lavington area. This is an award winning consultancy that offer a range of services from resort planning, masterplanning, design coding, planning applications, urban design, LVIA and detailed design in all sectors. The Senior Landscape Architect will be expected to take the lead on a range of exciting projects.
The Senior Landscape Architect will be responsible for leading delivery of high-level concept designs for UK based developments as well as assist with broadening their client base. Other key responsibilities will include prepare project budgets, monitor costs and deliver all projects within set budgets, liaise with clients, produce high-quality bids and successful tender presentations, project and team management as well as undertake design meetings.
The successful Senior Landscape Architect should have around 5 year's professional experience within the landscape field, have excellent design skills as well as high proficiency with AutoCad, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, NBS Landscape software and be willing to learn new packages such as KeySCAPE and Rhino.
