Senior Quantity Surveyor - Nottingham

Senior Quantity Surveyor - a leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious design and build projects across the East Midlands region.

Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of 72,500 - 82,500 (DOE)
- Company Car or Allowance ( 7,000)

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification

Key Duties:
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Input during pre-construction stage
- Production of CVRs

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from 5m+
