Salary: £250 - £270 Per day

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

Company: A National Housing Developer is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a large site in Nottingham, offering up to £270 per day.

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the construction site
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor progress and quality of work on site
• Assist in planning and scheduling of work activities

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First Aid training

• Prior experience in house building projects
• Experience working on high volume construction sites

• Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in project planning and management

• Work on a construction site in Nottingham
• Full-time hours, with occasional weekend work
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
• Physical demands may include lifting and bending
