An excellent opportunity is available for a Senior Site Manager to provide support and leadership across a couple of newbuild projects in Clitheroe (North West England) and Huntingdon (Cambridgeshire) where the position will be to join a growing main contracting business with good pipeline of work throughout 2026 and beyond. The role will have primarily responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Site Management / Supervisory team, and control sub-contractor activity across the project, working closely with an onsite PM. Just to note the initial requirement would be based in the Clitheroe (BB7) area for a 30 week period with next project being based in the Huntingdon (PE27) area for a further year, so for those who require it, working away is fully expensed. Key duties / responsibilities are as follows; Provide leadership, direction, and support of the operational delivery team. Liaise and manage sub-contractors on site as required Report directly to the Senior Management team on daily performance, as well as being proactive on delivery issues as they arise. Able to deal with tough negotiations and the pressure of a fast pace environment. The Role: Working predominantly within the commercial sphere for Central London clients, you'll be expected to undertake the following: Administrator/Project Manager/Project Monitor/Employers Agent and overall Lead Client Contact in connection with projects. Undertake all professional commercial building surveying work to include building inspections, dilapidations surveys and negotiations, party wall matters etc. Understand and appreciate all legislation affecting the procurement of works and the maintenance and use of property. Produce reports and schedules as appropriate, following initial survey. Make full and efficient usage of all resources to fulfil clients requirements with maximum efficiency and to the highest quality. Meet the minimum RICS requirements of Structured Professional Development and to maintain an up-to-date record of training hours completed. Become an APC Supervisors and Counsellors to Graduates. Prepare and present to clients continual professional development (CPD) training seminars for business development. About you: You should be a qualified (RICS) Building Surveyor. Further to this, you should be personable, ambitious and have experience working within commercial Building Surveying. Following the continued growth and success of a number of Wet room contracts across the North West. We are looking to employ two Site Supervisors to join our growing team.  One to work form our office in Manchester and one in Skelmersdale office  To be considered you should be a qualified trades person with Knowledge of  plumbing, carpentry, tiling and plastering and have an eye for detail and be able to provide a quality finish  The successful candidates will have a proven track record installing and managing all types of wet room/bathroom installations. They will be highly skilled and have the ability to deliver jobs to a high standard and superb attention to detail. Rolls & Responsibilities Overseeing a team of installers installing wet rooms across the northwest  approx 4 a week. Final Post inspections ensuring jobs are completed to high standard. Ensure H & S is being managed and followed  Quality control. Managing Variations. Problem Solving. Point of contact for the fitters and client. Pre & Post inspections of jobs.
