What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in M&E/fit-out/refurbishment projects, ideally with a mechanical bias (strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, and associated systems in commercial/financial settings). Solid background in estimating and tendering for fit-outs, preferably including banking, financial services, or high-street branch environments. Experience on live operational projects (e.g., bank branches, secure financial fit-outs) is highly desirable. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, procurement, and contract management skills. Proficiency in scopes of work, cost plans, budgets, variation tracking, and take-offs. Ability to work effectively with site teams, subcontractors, and high-profile clients.
