Site Manager Responsibilities: Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Supervising and instructing the team as well as subcontractors. Educating site workers on safety regulations and accident protocol. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
