Our client is seeking experienced Chartered Civil Engineers to join their growing Water Services team, delivering a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater projects for major UK water utilities.

This role suits engineers with solid design and project delivery experience who are looking to take ownership of complex, high-value infrastructure schemes. You'll play a key role from feasibility through to design and construction on projects that shape the future of the UK's water industry.

• Delivering civil engineering activities within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Leading strategic studies, feasibility assessments, and detailed designs for water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Producing technical calculations, designs, and reports.
• Engaging directly with clients to understand project needs and develop effective, sustainable solutions.
• Preparing proposals and business cases to secure project funding.
• Collaborating with construction partners to improve safety, buildability, and delivery efficiency.
• Ensuring all designs align with sustainability, H&S, and environmental best practices.
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers towards professional development.

• Chartered Engineer status (ICE or equivalent).
• Proven experience in civil engineering, ideally within the water sector.
• Strong technical design and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative approach.
• Commitment to delivering sustainable engineering outcomes.
