With an innovative and enthusiastic approach, you will be the driving force behind pre-project planning, reporting directly to the project manager. In addition to liaising with commercial, design and site teams you will maximize the efficiency of the development program with both internal and external stakeholders. Are you an experienced Site Manager, with a background in the Residential New Build Sector? Long term experience working for a housing developer? Do you have a solid career, without job hopping? You will be managing the production on site with the support of an assistant site manager. You will be accustomed to delivering a medium – high volume housing sites to time and within budget. You will be thorough in your working approach and always have the customers end product in mind, ensuring you eliminate unnecessary defects throughout the build progress You will be required to have experience from site start up to successful hand over. Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager, for their large residential development in Peacehaven. You will be working on a residential scheme consisting of 140 units, traditional build construction. The business builds across Surrey, Hampshire and Sussex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager on site, out on site and assisting with documentation in the office, managing works and sub-contractors on site. You will predominantly be focusing on internals, taking units from 1st fix through to completion. We are looking for a hungry individual who is keen to progress to Site Manager ASAP. Candidates must have experience working on traditional build houses and having worked for a high volume UK House builder. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a Permanent role. Start date is immediately.
