General Operative / Labourer
Shotton Paper Mill, Deeside
Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm
Pay - £16.25 per hour - umbrella payments only
We are recruiting a dependable and proactive General Operative to support ongoing works at Shotton Paper Mill. This role is ideal for someone who maintains high standards, works well within a team, and can handle a busy site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist trades and site teams with day to day tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across work areas
• Move and organise materials and equipment as directed
• Follow site instructions accurately and work efficiently
• Support wider site operations where required
Requirements:
• Valid CSCS card
• Full PPE
• Proven experience on construction or industrial sites
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage long working days
