Take the lead on a landmark residential scheme in Central London. We re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, procurement, and commercial reporting from project launch through completion.

What You ll Do

• Lead a high-profile residential project alongside an experienced Project Manager.
• Implement and manage a detailed Project Valuation Programme.
• Oversee feasibility studies, cost estimation, and procurement of subcontractor packages.
• Monitor and report on contract performance, variations, and claims.
• Prepare monthly client applications and ensure accurate cash flow forecasting.
• Act as the single point of accountability for commercial reporting to senior management.

What We re Looking For

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years experience, ideally in residential M&E projects.
• Ability to review technical drawings for variations and valuations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
