Experience:
- Proven industry expertise with a track record of successfully delivering electrical packages in excess of 2m+
- Extensive background within the industry with at least 3 years of experience working in an Electrical Project Manager or similar position

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical package on a 5m industrial unit refurbishment scheme in Stockton-on-Tees. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing daily site operations, and ensuring all works are completed in line with design specifications and within safety protocols. This role requires a technically proficient and highly organised professional with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive the programme forward efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Client engagement
- Conduction of audits
- Provide expert electrical guidance
- Oversee daily electrical operations
- Direct management and liaison with subcontractors
- Conduct thorough project assessments and analyses
- Resolve challenges that could affect project timelines
- Maintain and enforce health and safety standards on-site
- Working closely and directly reporting to Contracts Manager
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimise them
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to the schedule
- Handle client concerns promptly, ensuring a professional approach
- Analyse and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and design documents
- Identify and allocate necessary resources, including staff, equipment, and materials
- Ensure all electrical work complies with regulatory, environmental, and quality standards
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure the on-time delivery of materials and equipment
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Set and maintain quality control standards to ensure project deliverables meet the defined requirements
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports
