Damp and Mould Surveyor

Damp and Moulder Surveyor - West Yorkshire

RG Setsquare are working in partnership with a leading Social Housing organisation based in Leeds, looking to appoint an experienced Damp and Mould Surveyor on an interim basis. You will be responsible for completing full property inspections looking for causes of damp and mould, advising and making recommendations to rectify the cause.

Your new role as Damp and Mould Surveyor

As the Damp and Mould Surveyor your main areas of focus will be to respond to tenants reports of dampness in their homes and the administration of the tenants' improvements to the maintenance team to deliver a quality service and to carry out high quality surveys, producing reports and to diagnose and deliver recommendations. You will carry out daily inspections of properties and correctly diagnose the defects and complete all relevant paperwork.

The Experience Required:

Experience in building surveying in social housing, and experience relating to damp-proofing and diagnosis of damp/condensation in properties. You will also have experience in implementing and monitoring safe systems of work to comply with Health and Safety Laws.
