Fire Risk Surveyor - West Yorkshire

RG Setsquare are working in partnership with a leading Social Housing organisation based in Leeds, we are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Fire Risk Surveyor to join the dedicated maintenance team. This is a vital role where your technical expertise and understanding of fire safety legislation will help to ensure the safety and well-being of residents across the community.

Your new role as Fire Risk Surveyor:

As a Fire Risk Surveyor you will provide expert, specialist fire safety support and advice across the department, ensuring that all fire safety requirements are inspected, managed and maintained in line with the required health and safety regulations. You will be responsible for identifying fire-related risks across properties and for designing, arranging, and overseeing the required actions. Your role will direct support the fire safety strategy and contribute to the overall Safety for residents.

The Experience & Qualifications Required:

You will be proactive, qualified professional with a strong background in building maintenance, particularly around fire safety and compliance.
