Groundwork Squads

Boyd Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a civil engineering contractor to recruit Groundwork Squads to be based initially in Wallyford.

These roles will be starting from January 2026 onwards and will be long term.

Candidate Requirements:

The Squads will ideally consist of a Ganger and min 2 Groundworkers within the squad:

• Excavator
• Dumper / Roller

We are looking for Drainage Squads and Kerbing Squads.
