Site Services Technician - Electrical Supervisor

Location: Site-based in Paisley, with travel across Scotland

We re looking for a hands-on Electrical Supervisor who thrives on delivering quality installations and exceptional customer service. If you re an experienced electrician who loves variety, problem-solving, and working on-site, this is your chance to make an impact

This position involves regular travel across Scotland, working on Water & Wastewater Treatment sites, as well as occasional work in our factory.

What you will be doing:

  • Install, commission, and maintain electrical systems to the highest standards.
  • Lead and supervise contractors on-site, ensuring safety and quality.
  • Troubleshoot, fault-find, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Keep accurate documentation (RAMS, reports, site diaries).
  • Champion Health & Safety and best practices every day.

What we re looking for:

Essential:

  • Electrical installation experience in site-based environments.
  • Strong Health & Safety awareness.
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 & 3 in electrical/mechanical discipline.
  • Knowledge of Electrical Wiring Regulations.

Desirable:

  • 18th Edition (or working towards).
  • ECS or CSCS Craft Card.
  • Water industry experience.
  • Good IT skills.
