One of the UK s leading Property Consultancies is seeking Quantity Surveyors to deliver a diverse range of projects across London, spanning all property sectors including Residential, Commercial, Retail, and Mixed-Use developments.

THE POSITION

The role is for a Quantity Surveyor at any level from intermediate to Associate to support and manage the commercial delivery of projects across all sectors. Responsibilities will include cost planning, procurement, contract administration, budget management, and reporting, as well as working closely with project teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role offers excellent exposure to a variety of project types and a clear pathway for career progression.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a relevant degree and, ideally, be working towards or hold Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent)

  • Have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or construction environment

  • Demonstrate experience delivering projects in one or more sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Retail, or Mixed-Use

  • Be confident managing commercial aspects of projects at their current level, with the ability to progress to higher responsibility

  • Possess strong numerical, analytical, and client-facing skills

  • Be proactive, organised, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
