This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in property management, specifically experienced in coordinating surveyors' workloads. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and organising stock condition surveys, addressing access issues, and managing housing health and safety rating system (HHSRS) issues. Day-to-day of the role: Plan and organise stock condition survey appointments. Assist with resolving access issues with consultants and housing departments. Support in chasing up HHSRS issues to ensure compliance and safety in housing. Manage correspondence and documentation, including letter writing and mail merging. Utilise NEC contracts and standards in the coordination of works. Audit and report on damp and mould conditions using I Auditor software. Work with multiple teams across London and the East Midlands, handling a significant volume of cases and coordinating with teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience coordinating surveyor's workload. Strong organisational and planning skills. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively managing correspondence and documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
