The Role
We re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead our approach to colleague health and safety. You ll ensure compliance and best practice across the organisation while helping us embed a positive, proactive safety culture that supports our values and our people.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading on all aspects of health and safety strategy and compliance.
Developing practical, engaging policies and processes that work for everyone.
Partnering with teams to make safety part of everyday thinking.
Driving continuous improvement and innovation in H&S practices.

About You
You re an experienced H&S professional with strong knowledge of legislation and best practice. You re proactive, adaptable, and confident in influencing at all levels. You care about people and understand how to balance safety with a positive working environment. You re comfortable working in a dynamic, values-driven organisation.
