As a Social Housing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our social housing units. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and contractors. HHSRS and General damp, structural and building diagnostic knowledge (minimum 5 years).
