Job Description

A respected and long-standing multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding cost management team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the delivery of a wide range of public and private sector projects, including education, healthcare, residential, and local authority schemes.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of multiple projects across all RIBA stages, supporting clients with expert commercial advice and working closely with internal architecture and project management teams. Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing cost planning and procurement across multiple projects
  • Leading pre- and post-contract services and reporting
  • Administering JCT and NEC contracts
  • Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting and mentoring junior quantity surveyors
  • Contributing to bids, fee proposals, and business development

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (RICS accredited)
  • MRICS qualified or nearing completion
  • Minimum 5 years' UK consultancy experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and contract administration skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Comfortable leading projects and advising clients independently

In Return:
