Able to manage, lead & direct short-term through to long-term tasks & strategies. Excellent professional communication & interpersonal skills. Experienced in managing & leading operational teams through change. Strong financial & commercial acumen (budgets, forecasts, profit margins, operating costs etc ). Up to date knowledge of plumbing, gas & electrical regulations & legislation.
