Senior-level candidates will also have the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior consultants, build long-term client relationships, contribute to business development and play a key role in the continued growth of the team. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed architectural specifications using NBS Chorus . Review architectural designs and develop coordinated project specifications. Work closely with Architects, Architectural Technologists, Building Surveyors and multidisciplinary design teams. Interrogate design proposals to ensure appropriate specification solutions. Coordinate specifications with drawings, BIM models and technical documentation. Advise on material selection, construction methods and technical compliance. Support projects across multiple RIBA work stages. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients. Lead projects and mentor junior team members (Senior level). Contribute to business development, repeat business and process improvements (Senior level). Essential Skills & Experience Background in Architectural Technology, Architecture, Building Surveying or Specification Writing. Experience producing architectural specifications using NBS Chorus . Strong understanding of building construction, materials and detailing. Ability to coordinate specifications alongside drawings and BIM information. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Desirable Experience Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows. Knowledge of CAWS and Uniclass classification systems. Site or construction experience. Experience within Defence, Nuclear, Healthcare, Justice, Infrastructure or other highly regulated sectors. Experience managing projects or mentoring junior staff. Business development and client relationship management (Senior level). What's on Offer £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
