Project Architect

An established Architectural practice is looking to appoint a Project Architect to work on a prestigious range of complex schemes, recently onboarded from a trusted client. This is an opportunity to lead on a stunning development in the heart of London, which will certainly catch people's eyes.

Due to the complexity of the build and the close proximity to pedestrians and public services, you will work closely with external CDM Consultants as you look to manage the Health & Safety risks associated with the scheme.

The Project Architect role

You will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of this construction project from concept through to completion. This role involves developing architectural plans, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and client requirements.

The Project Architect will have

• Minimum 5 years' experience, post your ARB registration (essential)
• Experience of undertaking Principal Designer/CDM responsibilities (essential)
• Full RIBA membership (preferred)
