MMP Consultancy currently have an opportunity for a Senior Disrepair Surveyor to work with a housing association based in Ealing. This will be an interim position paying 400p/d Umbrella. The successful candidate will need to have experience in managing surveyors. Responsible for assisting the Senior Technical Manager in the Legal Disrepair project to significantly reduce the number of cases currently open. The role involves undertaking complex surveying activities related to Legal Disrepair cases including being an Expert Witness for my client and managing cases through the Disrepair process to conclusion.
