Purpose of the RoleAs a Principal Engineer you will be focused on building structures, you will lead on either large single projects or multiple smaller projects, balancing independent work with the management of resources to deliver effectively. Reporting to an Associate or Director, you will ensure projects are delivered on time and to technical standards, while supporting junior engineers and promoting best practice.
The Birmingham Office, adjacent Snow Hill Station, and a five-minute walk from New Street, has an enthusiastic and friendly team, undertaking works on a broad range of both Midlands-based and UK schemes. The portfolio of projects ranges from new aspiring award-winning retail developments and, major refurbishment and repurposing residential and commercial opportunities to, advanced manufacturing and industrial units and, education developments. As an integral member of the diverse team, you'll have the opportunity to play a major role in delivering schemes across a huge range of sectors.
