Site Manager

You'll bring solid experience working in a construction or development environment, with a strong understanding of site operations and health and standards. You hold a valid SMSTS and CSCS card, along with a First Aid certificate, and ideally have completed a Level 3 or 4 qualification (such as an NVQ, Apprenticeship, or HNC) in a relevant subject. Comfortable reading and interpreting construction drawings, you also have practical experience using Microsoft Office applications. You're a dependable team player who works collaboratively to achieve shared goals and may have experience working with subcontractors or in a supervisory role, such as an Assistant or Site Manager. Additional training in site safety or tools would be an advantage.
