Head of Property Management - A position has become available for an experienced Property Manager within the Watford area.

This is a superb opportunity to join an established, independent, Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in the Watford area and a thriving Lettings and Property Management department.

You will need to have a great track record in Residential Property Management and currently be employed in a similar role.

You will be a real people person; be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords, Contractors and Tenants and be able to show empathy and understanding.

You must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure - all the qualities that someone already in this role will recognise immediately!

An ARLA qualification is beneficial along with the ability to manager and mentor a small team.

Skills required for this Head of Property Management role will include:

• Experienced in Residential Property Management and AST's
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team
• A clear understanding of current lettings legislation
• Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
• Problem solve effectively
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
• Knowledge of the local area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
• ARLA qualification beneficial
