Salary / Benefits: £22k - £34k + Training + Benefits

Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor

Profile: A reputable UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy with a strong presence across the South East are now seeking to employ a hardworking and competent Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Bromley area. The ideal candidate must hold the P402 qualification and will have experience working on Local Authority, Industrial, and Commercial sites, undertaking the full range of Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys alongside liaising with clients, providing technical advice when needed and using PDA to produce detailed reports.

• Must hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
• Will have extensive experience working for an Asbestos Consultancy, working on a mixed portfolio of sites.
• Must be well versed in relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
• Able to use PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER to gather information and produce reports.

• Working in line with HGS guidelines to carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across Industrial and Commercial sites.
• Gathering information from site and using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER to produce bespoke site specific reports.
• Sampling of suspected ACM's and ensuring all samples are bagged and labelled correctly.
• Continuing to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
