Quantity Surveyor Major Refurbishment Central London
Location: Piccadilly
Start: Before Christmas or January
Rate/Salary: Flexible DOE (temp to perm)
A long-standing London main contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major £15m structural refurbishment in Piccadilly.
The Project:
Complex refurbishment and extension including full strip-out, structural alterations, façade works, services to CAT A, new lifts, and a shell & core retail unit. PC runs to 2027.
Role:
-
Managing subcontractor packages
-
Procurement, valuations, variations and cost reporting

Supporting the Senior QS on structural, demo and façade packages

Working closely with the on-site team to maintain commercial control
Requirements:

2 5 years experience as a QS
-
Refurb or structural experience beneficial
-
CSCS card
-
Strong communication and a positive, proactive attitude
