Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple live residential MEP projects across London Take full commercial and contractual ownership of projects Act as the primary client-facing representative Lead, manage, and mentor Project Managers and site teams Ensure delivery against programme, budget, and quality targets Support procurement strategy and subcontractor management Drive operational improvements in line with business restructure Maintain performance in a high-paced, high-volume delivery environment Requirements Essential: Strong MEP background Proven experience as an Operations Manager / Contracts Manager within MEP Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale residential developments Strong track record on high-rise, high-volume schemes (1,000+ units) Experience working with major developers or main contractors Strong commercial and contractual awareness Confident, client-facing communicator Hands-on, proactive leadership style Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Salary & Package £70,000 £110,000+ (flexible for the right candidate) Competitive package based on experience Apply If you have the MEP expertise and large-scale residential experience to succeed in a high-performing, fast-paced environment, we would be keen to speak with you.
