Painter / Decorator

I'm looking for a Painter / Decorator for a project working in tenanted Social Housing Properties in and around south Birmingham. This is an ongoing contract.

The Painter / Decorator will be expected to:

• Paint Properties
• Treat and wash damp and mold
• Decorate Properties

Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Painter / Decorator that have:

• Experience Painting / Decorating in social housing
• Experience working with damp and mold
• Less than 5 points on their licence and no unspent criminal convictions

And in return, the Painter / Decorator will receive:

• 18-19 p/hr
• Van and a feul card
• Ongoing work
