Electrical Site Manager Opportunity - Flagship Commercial Project - North London

MK Search are currently working with a well respected M&E contractor with a longstanding presence in the commercial and healthcare sectors, who are looking to engage with an experienced Electrical Site Manager for a major commercial development in North London.

The company in question have experienced consistent growth in recent years and have a variety of exciting live and upcoming projects across London and surrounding areas. You will be reporting into an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager, and will be tasked with coordinating electrical activities with external subcontractors and direct staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site electrical works and subcontractors.
• Work closely with Project Managers and the main contractor to ensure delivery aligns with programme.
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance across the project.
• Manage logistics, materials, and daily progress tracking.
• Support project reporting, handovers, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience as an Electrical Site Manager
• Experience working on high value commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead big teams on site and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• SMSTS
• All relevant site certs and electrical qualifications.
