Our client is not a national land agency with all the associated demands that a national practice has. From a planning & development perspective, our client's work is typically in the Green Belt, land on the urban fringe and within built-up commercial allocations. Projects will typically fall in the agricultural, industrial and buildings, waste handling facilities, strategic commercial and residential urban extensions. In this role you will support clients on enforcement, breaches of planning control, certificates of lawfulness, regularisation by way of a retrospective planning application, and providing clients with comprehensive planning advice. Title: Town Planner Location: London Salary: £25,000 to £32,000 + Benefits London based Planning Practise are actively looking for a Town Planner with between 2-4 years planning experience, who is either recently Chartered or cusp RTPI to join their rapidly expanding planning team and work on South East and London based projects.
