Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)
Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday to Thursday inclusive) Salary: 30,000 - 33,000 (Negotiable)Location: 100% Remote (Occasional travel to Manchester - very rare)
About the Role
My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service professional to join a busy team on a night shift basis. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while requiring independence and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Manage logistics-related enquiries and coordinate with carriers and third-party providers.
• Monitor and respond to emails in the shared inbox.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and operational teams.
• Work independently during night hours to maintain service standards.

Requirements

• Essential: Previous experience in plant or machine hire industry.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions under minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with remote working and occasional travel to Manchester (rare).
• Proficient in handling multiple queries and prioritising tasks effectively.
