Handyman

Our client a Hertfordshire based EWI Contractor currently seek an experienced Multi Trader/Handyman for one of their Projects in Ealing, West London.

The work itself is an EWI upgrade to 160 properties in the Ealing Borough.

It is essential that you have a CSCS card, and can provide references to demonstrate similar work undertook.

Duties:

• Stripping out externally; drain pipes, guttering, old porches, and anything else physically attached to the side of the properties
• Exposing soil pipes ready to be disconnected
• Fitting new economical guttering
• Isolating any associated pipework
• 1st Fix Carpentry framework for new underfloor heating mats
• Turning you hand to other trades where necessary

This is an immediate start for the right candidate and will be circa 4 months work
