Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Handyman to join a housing association to carry general maintenance.

Responsibilities of the Handyman:

• Complete day to day repairs
• Carry out damp and mould works
• Carry out minor joinery and plumbing duties including repairing leaking taps
• Undertake general maintenance and decorating including interior painting of walls, ceilings and woodwork
• Carry out estate maintenance

Essential Experience of the Handyman:

• Full clean UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to undergo a basic DBS check
