Job Title: Senior Plumber & Heating Engineer (Future Management Role)

Location: Fulham, South West London

Earning Potential: £50,000 +

About the role:

Working under the direction of the Director, duties will include:

  • Delivering short to medium-term plumbing & heating works and associated admin.
  • Assisting with the management, development and training of company engineers.
  • Ensuring engineers remain compliant with mandatory briefings, safety updates and technical standards.
  • Preparing and submitting quotations (office-based and on-site).
  • Handling technical queries from customers and engineers.
  • Providing operational and organisational support to the Operations Manager.
  • Long-term progression towards an office-based, off-the-tools management role.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Gas Safe or CORGI registered (current and valid essential).
  • Several years of high-level industry experience with strong knowledge of all plumbing, heating, and control systems.
  • Proven team player with the ability to help build and sustain a strong, motivated workforce.
  • Excellent interpersonal, mentoring and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Coaching, training or leadership experience is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with an inclusive and collaborative approach.
  • A consistent ability to uphold and demonstrate company values, professionalism and integrity.
