Perhaps you already have some experience in estimating, pricing, quotations, commercial support or project coordination. Or you could be a numerically strong graduate looking for an opportunity to build a commercial career. We are recruiting for an established and growing specialist services business in Salisbury, and they are open minded about the background of the person joining them. This is a newly created role where you will learn how to understand client requirements, calculate costs and margins, prepare accurate quotations and help manage the process from initial enquiry through to approval and handover. You do not need previous management experience and you do not need to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you are: • Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets • Confident using Excel and technology • Commercially minded and naturally analytical • Organised with good attention to detail • Comfortable speaking with clients and colleagues • Able to understand information and turn it into a clear, accurate quote • Keen to learn and take on more responsibility over time What's on offer? • Newly created position with genuine scope to develop • Training and support • Company pool car for site visits • Broader commercial and operational exposure • Opportunity to build a long term career within a growing Salisbury business The company is looking to appoint relatively quickly, so candidates who are immediately available or on a shorter notice period are particularly welcome. If you have a head for numbers and enjoy the combination of commercial thinking, problem solving and working with people, we would love to hear from you.
