We are seeking 20 dedicated and hardworking CSCS Logistics Operatives to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and demonstrate a commitment to safety and efficiency in the construction environment. This role is crucial for supporting various construction activities and ensuring that projects run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and clearing of construction sites, including moving materials and equipment.
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and contribute to the overall success of the project.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Operate basic machinery and tools as required, ensuring proper handling and maintenance.
• Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with tasks such as lifting, carrying, and setting up equipment.
• Report any hazards or issues to site management promptly.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card is essential for this role.
• Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being capable of working independently when required.
• Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and standing for extended periods.
