Site Manager - (12 Month Contract) - Racking Installation - Milton Keynes - £350 per day

About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee a large-scale warehouse racking installation project on a 12-month contract. You will take full responsibility for site operations, coordination of contractors, health & safety compliance, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to specification.

Site Manager - Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on warehouse, industrial, or racking installation projects
• Strong understanding of CDM regulations and safe working practices
• SMSTS certification (Essential)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
• CSCS card and First Aid certification preferred

Site Manager - Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day site operations for the racking installation project
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain strict compliance with health & safety standards
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections
• Monitor progress against programme and report to the Project Manager
• Ensure quality control throughout the installation phases
• Manage site documentation, RAMS, and progress reports
