Contracts Manager - Design & Build

An established and growing main contractor based in West London are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take the lead on multiple design and build (Between 2m- 10m in value) projects across London and the Home Counties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to join a supportive business with a strong pipeline of both residential and education projects throughout 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage several residential D&B projects through all phases pre-construction to handover

- Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and in line with health & safety and quality standards

- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients

- Oversee contract administration and financial performance

- Provide clear leadership and direction across all active sites

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the residential design and build sector

- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and UK building regulations

- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills

- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Based within a commutable distance of Hillingdon, West London.

Package:

80 000 basic salary
