Job Description

Our client is a successful, family-feel interior fit-out and construction business, looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant skills-or the drive to learn-to take their career to the next level in a supportive and trustworthy environment.Based in the Littlehampton office (with regular site visits), you will manage a portfolio of customers and be involved in the full project cycle-from initial enquiry to delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand briefs, create designs, prepare estimates, and manage projects from start to finish. This is a very team-focused company where everyone chips in-so flexibility and a proactive attitude are key.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building & maintaining client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the company
  • Manage the full project cycle: understanding client briefs, creating designs, estimating works, planning, and delivering projects
  • Produce and manage project documentation, schedules, and budgets
  • Visit sites as required and provide support to the operational team
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the client's satisfaction
Key Requirements:
  • Flexible, hands-on approach with a willingness to support the team where needed
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency essential
  • Driving license (company van provided)
  • Site experience desirable
  • AutoCAD experience desirable
What's on Offer:
  • Starting salary around £35,000pa + company van + company bonuses
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30-5.30pm
