The position is for an North West (Manchester) based consultancy working in the built environment.

The role is for a Chartered Building Surveyor MRICS carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Contract administration
• Project based work
• Professional services; condition reports, dilapidations etc.
• Valuations, variations etc.
• Supporting junior building surveyors

Chartered Building Surveyor MRICS requirements for the role are:

• Minimum of 4 years experience
• Either residential, commercial or education experience ideal.
• Autonomously running projects
• MRICS
• Both project and professional services experience.
