Quantity Surveyor (Dry Lining)

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum + car allowance or car

Permanent Full-Time

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in dry lining or working for an interior's subcontractor

TS Recruitment is working with a regional dry lining contractor to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to commercial mange commercial projects.

Role Responsibilities:

• Visit sites weekly to carry out sub-contractor invoice approvals for wages
• Approve and pay all subcontractors
• Procure materials for sites
• Apply and agree variations
• Ensure sites are within budget
• Complete cost value reports
• Present to directors and support through final accounts
• Estimate and price work presenting to the directors for submission

What We're Looking For:

• Min 5 years' experience working for a subcontractor
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Forward thinking and dynamic
