About the Role:

PSR Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join our client's team on a residential groundworks project in Chichester. This is a long-term opportunity with a respected subcontractor, offering consistent work and the chance to contribute to a high-quality development.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out all aspects of groundworks including drainage, concreting, kerbing, and paving
• Supporting site preparation and excavation activities
• Working alongside machine operators and other trades to ensure smooth site progress
• Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Groundworker on residential projects
• Strong knowledge of groundworks techniques and site safety procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliability and commitment to long-term work
